Carol's patience walking me through the purchase process was reassuring and left me confident that the steps would be taken in a timely manner. She was attentive and offered her opinions in a welcoming manner. After showing us a few houses, she suggested we look at the house we eventually purchased - she had picked up on what we were looking for in our new home and made the connection, leading to a successful match for both the seller and us, the purchasers. Carol made herself available to our time schedule, offered information and suggestions, while bringing to our attention various aspects of the condition and history of the house. If I ever purchase another home, or sell this one, I hope that Carol will be available to guide us through those steps.
